A Seminar in Sanity

We and my co-worker were shipped out of here for a 4 hour seminar in Kamloops. To get there took a whole day. To get back took two. With the seminar, we missed 4 days of work to go to this 4 hour presentation. Was it worth it? Seminar-wise, not really, we could have gotten anything out of it from someone who had already gone, like our principal, but sanity-wise, it was worth it. It was pathetic. You would have thought we had won an all expense paid trip to Hawaii or something. I ate. I stood around on the street with other people around me. I didn't see one stray dog. Crazy.
