My Job

Last year, I knew about my job as soon as I saw it. I have just had the same experience this year. I found a job. I just have to apply and I am pretty sure that I will get it. The thing is, it is the same thing I have been doing, except not even exactly what I am best at, and I think I was waiting for some changes. Do what to do? This job or wait and make a change? I am also on the cusp of buying a new car (new car to me) which I shouldn't really if I don't have a job. Oh, did I mention I have no place to live in September and this would give me some housing?
Sigh.
Advice please.
